综述了国内外水性聚氨酯进展概况 ,指出亲水性单体引入聚氨酯预聚体后自乳化是目前制备水性聚氨酯的主要方法。结合作者一些实际工作经验探讨了改进和提高水性聚氨酯性能的途径和方法 ,最后对发展我国高性能水性聚氨酯胶粘剂进行了展望

The developments of water borne polyurethane are reviewed in the paper, and it is pointed that chainextending using of hydrophilic monomer in the polyurethane prepolymer as well as self emulsifying are the preferred process for the preparation of the water borne polyurethane. It is discussed on how to improve the properties of the said water borne polyurethane based on some experiments of the authors, then some suggestions about R&D in this field are proposed.

介绍了碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料的性能特点,结合碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料的优异性能,讨论了其在新能源(风力发电、钻井采油和天然气储存)、汽车(外覆盖件、刹车片和涡轮增压)和航空航天(民用飞机、战略导弹)领域的最新应用。最后对碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料未来的发展方向进行了展望。

The performance features of carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composite were introduced. Incombination with the excellent properties of carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composites,its newest applicationswere discussed in new energy field(such as wind power generation,oil drilling,and natural gas storage),automobilefield(such as outer covering parts,brake pads,and turbocharged),and aerospace field(such as civilian aircraft,andstrategic missile). Finally,the future development direction of carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composite wasexpected.

应用胶体理论,在不脱水,不增加过多改性剂的基础上,探索了低毒脲醛树脂胶的合成机理,所得波达到GB/14732-93要求,制得的刨花板满足GB/T4897-92A类板一等品要求,甲醛释放量达到欧洲E2级。

A urea-formaldehyde resin which has low content of free formaldehyde has been developed on the basis of colloidaldispersion therory. Its synthesis mechanism was discussed.The adhesive was good in bonding strength.Its physical andtechnical properties meet the needs of GB/T14732-93 and the particle board bonded with jlit meet the GB/T14732-92(A-I), and its emitted formaldehyde meet the E2 standard.

综述了聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂的生产原理、一步法、二步法生产工艺以及溶解法、沉淀法生产工艺, 并对不同生产工艺进行了比较;介绍了聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂的结构与性能的关系以及其在安全玻璃、胶粘剂、陶瓷花纸等领域的应用;概述了国内外发展现状、新技术的应用状况,展望了技术、应用的发展动态。

The manufacturing principle and processes for polyvinyl butyral were reviewed. The difference manufacturing processes include one step processes,two step processes,solution method and precipitation method,were generally described. The relationship between structure and property were discussed and some application field,such as safety glass,adhesive ect. were introduced. The present research and application state were briefly described. Future development,technology and application were also predicted.

用丙烯酸酯对水性聚氨酯 (PU)进行共混和共聚改性 ,并对改性效果进行了研究。结果表明 :同改性前的丙烯酸乳液 (PA)乳液及PU乳液相比 ,改性使乳液的粒径、粒子形态发生改变 ,使耐热性、耐溶剂性及粘接强度提高

Water borne polyurethane is modified with Acrylic ester by the ways of copolymerization and mechanical mixture, and the modifying effects are studied. The results show that the particle size and shape of copolymerization emulsion are greatly changed and thermodynamic stability, solvent resistance and adhesion power increase, compared with acrylic emulsion and PU emulsion.
