综述了聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂的生产原理、一步法、二步法生产工艺以及溶解法、沉淀法生产工艺, 并对不同生产工艺进行了比较;介绍了聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂的结构与性能的关系以及其在安全玻璃、胶粘剂、陶瓷花纸等领域的应用;概述了国内外发展现状、新技术的应用状况,展望了技术、应用的发展动态。
Abstract：The manufacturing principle and processes for polyvinyl butyral were reviewed. The difference manufacturing processes include one step processes,two step processes,solution method and precipitation method,were generally described. The relationship between structure and property were discussed and some application field,such as safety glass,adhesive ect. were introduced. The present research and application state were briefly described. Future development,technology and application were also predicted.
