通过对四种可室温固化环氧胶的固化收缩率、玻璃化转变温度(Tg)、剪切强度、耐化学性能和承压性能等研究,获得了一种性能良好的PVDF(聚偏氟乙烯)超滤膜组件用环氧胶。研究结果表明:该环氧胶的固化收缩率为0.15%,与ABS、PVC基材的剪切强度分别是4.64和4.55 MPa,Tg为58.64℃,对酸、碱和氧化剂等化学药剂均具有良好的耐受性能。采用该环氧胶浇注的超滤膜组件在45℃、0.35 MPa条件下可经受不低于10万次承压冲击,膜组件端面良好无破损,可满足组件的长期使用要求。
Abstract:A kind of epoxy adhesive for polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)ultrafiltration membrane module with good properties was obtained by studying the curing shrinkage,glass transition temperature(Tg),shear strength,chemical resistance and compressive properties of four curable epoxy adhesives at room temperature. The results showed that the curing shrinkage of the epoxy adhesive was 0.15%,the shear strength of ABS and PVC substrates were 4.64 and 4.55 MPa respectively,and Tgwas 58.64 ℃,which showed good resistance to acid,alkali and oxidant. Ultrafiltration membrane module poured with epoxy resin can withstand no less than 100 000 pressure shocks at 45 ℃ and 0.35 MPa. The end faces of membrane module are good and undamaged,which can meet the long-term service requirements of membrane module.
