Research and application of foamed structural adhesive

发泡结构胶粘剂由于能够赋予聚合物材料轻量化以及高性能化等特点,使其在民用及航空领域都有着广泛的应用,并在近几年来成为高分子材料研究的一大热点。本文重点概述了聚氨酯型发泡结构胶粘剂、氰酸酯型发泡结构胶粘剂以及环氧树脂型发泡结构胶粘剂的研发与应用,并指出了发泡结构胶粘剂未来的发展方向。
Abstract:The foaming structural adhesive has been widely used in civil and aerospace fields,because it could give polymer materials lightweight and high performance,and has become a hot spot in the research of polymer materials in recent years. This paper focused on the research,development and application of polyurethane foamed structural adhesive,cyanate ester foamed structural adhesive and epoxy resin foamed structural adhesive,and pointed out the future development direction of foamed structural adhesive.
