增黏剂对低密度改性聚硫密封剂粘接性能影响研究

摘要:

研究了不同种类的增黏剂以及复配后的增黏体系对改性聚硫密封剂粘接性能的影响。研究结果表明:单独使用增黏树脂、硅烷偶联剂和钛酸酯偶联剂,增黏效果不如复配使用的效果好;其中,2份E-44和1份LT550的复配效果最好,可与多种基材具有良好的相容性且粘接强度较高。为实现改性聚硫密封剂与多种基材良好的粘接性能,增黏剂的复配是有效解决方案之一。

Abstract:

The influence of different kinds of tackifier and compounded tackifier system on adhesion of modified polysulfide sealant were studied. The research results showed that the effects of tackifying resin,silane coupling agent and titanate coupling agent alone were not as good as that of the compounded. Among them,2 shares of E-44 and 1 share of LT550 had the best compounding effect,which could have good compatibility with a variety of substrates and have relatively high bonding strength. In order to achieve good adhesion between modified polysulfide sealant and a variety of substrates,the compounding of tackifiers was one of effective solutions.
