建立了塑胶跑道面层非固体原料中16种有机物(包括:二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、四氯化碳、苯及苯系物等)含量的气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)检测方法,优化了气相色谱和质谱参数,讨论了不同溶剂对16种有机物回收率的影响。研究结果表明:16种有机物在0.5~50.0 mg/L浓度范围内呈线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限范围为1.0~5.0 mg/kg,定量限为5.0~15.0 mg/kg;低、中、高三个浓度添加标水平下的平均回收率在81.3%~107.3%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)小于7.6%。该方法快速、准确、灵敏,适用于塑胶跑道面层非固体原料中16种有机物含量的检测。
Abstract:The gas chromatography-mass spectrometer(GC-MS)method was established for the determination of 16 organic substances(including dichloromethane,trichloromethane,carbon tetrachloride,benzene,benzene series) in non-solid raw material of plastic runway surface. The parameters of gas chromatography and mass spectrometry were optimized,and the effects of different solvents on recovery of 16 organic substances were discussed. The research results showed that there was a linear relationship among 16 organic substances in the concentration range of 0.5~50.0 mg/L with the correlation coefficient more than 0.999. The limit of detection was between 1.0~5.0 mg/kg,the limit of quantitation was 5.0~15.0 mg/kg. The average recovery rate ranged from 81.3% to 107.3% at low,medium and high concentration addition levels,and the relative standard deviation(n=6)was less than 7.6%. This method was rapid,accurate,sensitive,and was suitable for the detection of 16 organic substances in non-solid raw material of plastic runway surface.
