摘要:

为提升汽车车身制造中环氧树脂结构胶的粘接性能,本文通过分析不同烘烤温度和时间下粘接接头强度的变化趋势与接头断裂形貌,以判断接头失效形式。探究了不同烘烤固化工艺条件对车身钣金粘接接头性能的影响。研究结果表明:(1)170℃烘烤20 min时,接头强度达到峰值27.74 MPa,断裂形式近乎100%胶层内聚破坏,表明胶层均匀固化,粘接性能较佳。(2)烘烤温度过高或过低时,受胶层降解和固化不充分的影响,均会导致粘接接头强度下降。同时结合某汽车涂装车间烘房的炉温跟踪测试,发现实际生产中烘烤温度分布不均,导致部分区域结构胶固化不足,增加了车辆运行中结构胶脱胶的风险。(3)优化烘房设计与气流管理,以及提高胶粘剂的温度适应性,是确保结构胶在实际生产中稳定性能的关键。(4)基于模糊PID控制算法的温度调控,可实现对烘房温度的精确控制,确保温度在165~175℃范围内稳定运行,以满足汽车车身用结构胶烘烤固化的工艺要求。

Abstract:

In order to improve the bonding performance of epoxy resin structural adhesive in automobile body manufacturing,the strength variation trend and fracture morphology of bonding joint under different baking temperatures and time to determine the failure mode of joint were analyzed in this paper.The influence of different baking and curing process conditions on the bonding performance of car body sheet metal joint was explored.The research results showed that,(1) When baked at 170 ℃ for 20 min,the joint strength reached a peak of 27.74 MPa,and the fracture mode was almost 100% cohesive failure of the adhesive layer,indicating that the adhesive layer was uniformly cured and the bonding performance was good.(2) When the baking temperature was too high or too low,the degradation of the adhesive layer and insufficient curing could lead to a decrease in the strength of the bonded joint. At the same time,combined with the temperature tracking test of the baking room in a certain automobile painting workshop,it was found that the temperature distribution during actual production was uneven,resulting in insufficient curing of structural adhesive in some areas,which increased the risk of structural adhesive delamination during vehicle operation.(3) Optimizing the design of the baking room and airflow management,as well as improving the temperature adaptability of the adhesive,were key to ensuring the stable performance of structural adhesive in actual production.(4) Based on the fuzzy PID control algorithm,temperature regulation could achieve precise control of the baking room temperature,ensuring stable operation within the temperature range of 165-175 ℃ to meet the process requirements for baking and curing of structural adhesive used in automobile bodies.
