研究了高黏附力改性聚硫密封剂(HM116C8)的物理化学性能、工艺性能和力学性能等。同时参照飞机整体油箱材料配套相容性能中的试验设计,研究了HM116C8密封剂与防腐涂料(BFJ-1650)的配套相容性。研究结果表明:HM116C8密封剂具有良好的物理性能、工艺性能、耐低温、耐腐蚀、耐液体和可修复性,与各类材料具有良好的粘接性能。阳极化铝合金+BFJ-1650防腐涂料+NJD-3底涂剂+HM116C8密封剂组成的整体油箱密封体系,各材料之间的配套相容性较好,能满足密封体系各层间黏附性要求。
Abstract:The physical and chemical properties,process properties and mechanical properties of highadhesion modified polysulfide sealant(HM116C8) were studied. At the same time,the compatibility of HM116C8 sealant and anticorrosion coating(BFJ-1650)was studied with reference to the experimental design in the compatibility of aircraft integral fuel tank materials. The research results showed that HM116C8 sealant had good physical properties,process properties,low temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,liquid resistance and repairability,and had good adhesion performance with various materials. The integral fuel tank sealing system composed of anodized aluminum alloy+BFJ-1650 anticorrosion coating+NJD-3 primer+HM116C8 sealant had good compatibility among various materials,which could meet the requirements of adhesion between layers of the sealing system.
