摘要:

以硅烷改性聚醚树脂(MS)为主体原料,与增塑剂、补强填料、吸水剂、偶联剂和催化剂等反应,制备了一种应用于装配式建筑领域的硅烷改性聚醚胶(MS胶)。着重探讨了MS胶置于室温储存和70℃加速储存后的挤出性、力学性能,并考察了密封胶在不同固化时间下的力学性能。研究结果表明:两种储存条件下MS胶储存性优异,力学性能变化较小。MS胶现场割胶试验最短养护时间需要7~8 d左右,随着养护时间的延长,力学性能缓慢变大,随后逐渐趋于稳定。

Abstract:

A kind of silane modified polyether sealant(MS sealant)for prefabricated building was prepared with silane modified polyether resin(MS)as the main raw material,and by reacting with plasticizer,reinforcing filler,absorbent,coupling agent and catalyst. The extrudability and mechanical properties of MS sealant after storage at room temperature and accelerated storage at 70 ℃ were mainly discussed,and the mechanical properties of sealant under different curing time were also investigated. The research results showed that under two storage conditions,the storage property of MS sealant was excellent and the change of mechanical properties was relatively small. The shortest curing time of field tapping test of MS sealant was about 7-8 days. With the extension of curing time,the mechanical properties increased slowly,and then it gradually tended to be stable.
