热固型聚酰亚胺胶粘剂的研究

摘要:

以联苯醚二酐和互为异构的两种二氨基二苯醚为原料,合成了以间氨基苯乙炔封端的热固型聚酰亚胺胶粘剂。研究了分子链结构对其耐热性和粘接性的影响规律,并测试了聚酰亚胺树脂热稳定性以及粘接性能。研究结果表明:合成的TSP-2聚酰亚胺胶粘剂具有优异的耐热和高温粘接性能,可以作为耐温胶粘剂使用。

Abstract:

Thermosetting polyimide adhesive terminated with m-aminophenylacetylene was synthesized from4,4'-oxydiphthalic anhydride and two kinds of diaminodiphenyl ether as raw materials. The influence of molecular chain structure on its heat resistance and bonding properties was investigated,and the thermal stability and bonding properties of polyimide resin were tested. The research results showed that the synthesized TSP-2 polyimide adhesive had excellent heat resistance and high temperature bonding properties,and could be used as temperature resistant adhesive.
