选取环氧树脂E-51、丙二醇甲醚、溴代乙烷等材料制备水性环氧树脂胶粘剂,利用有机纳米蒙脱土改性水性环氧树脂胶粘剂。将所制备的水性环氧树脂胶粘剂包覆有机纳米蒙脱土,完成包覆的乳液与固化剂按1∶1的比例混合制备了木材胶粘剂,并进行表征。研究结果表明:当有机纳米蒙脱土质量分数为7%且反应温度为60℃时,所获取的改性水性环氧树脂木材胶粘剂的外观形状与存储稳定性最优;乳液内部分布的有机纳米蒙脱土均匀,稳定性、胶膜透明性、胶膜耐水性、黏度以及压缩剪切强度均为最高,可满足HG/T 2727—2010标准要求,可应用于建筑装饰实际应用中。
Abstract:Epoxy resin E-51,proprylene glycol monomethyl ether,bromoethane and other materials wereselected to prepare waterborne epoxy resin adhesive,and waterborne epoxy resin adhesive was modified by usingorganic nano montmorillonite. The prepared waterborne epoxy resin adhesive was coated with organic nanomontmorillonite,and the wood adhesive was prepared by mixing the coated emulsion with curing agent at the ratio of1∶1,and then it was characterized. The research results showed that when the mass fraction of organic nanomontmorillonite was 7% and the reaction temperature was 60 ℃,the appearance and storage stability of themodified waterborne epoxy resin wood adhesive obtained were the best. The organic nano montmorillonitedistributed in the emulsion was uniform,the stability,adhesive film transparency,adhesive film water resistance,viscosity and compressive shear strength were the highest,which could meet the requirements of HG/T 2727—2010 standard and could be used in practical application of building decoration.
