针对等离子喷涂工艺开发了一款遮蔽胶带,研究了硅橡胶种类、厚度对喷砂和高温老化的影响,并采用流变仪对压敏胶配方进行优化,对硅橡胶和压敏胶的涂布工艺进行了研究。研究结果表明:采用涂布工艺可以制备出与玻璃纤维布结合紧密的硅橡胶保护层;采用高抗撕裂硅橡胶作为保护层,厚度为0.1 mm时,可以满足喷砂要求,无断带和残胶现象;使用2.5%催化剂所制备的压敏胶,可以达到初粘性与内聚力的一个平衡。
Abstract:A masking tape was developed for plasma spraying process. The effects of silicone rubber type and thickness on sandblasting and high temperature aging were studied. The formulation of pressure sensitive adhesive was optimized by rheometer,and the coating process of silicone rubber and pressure sensitive adhesive was also studied. The research results showed that the silicone rubber protective layer could be prepared by coating process,which was closely connected with glass fiber cloth. Using high tear resistance silicone rubber as the protective layer,when the thickness was 0.1 mm,it could meet the requirements of sandblasting,without strip breakage and residual adhesive. The pressure sensitive adhesive prepared with 2.5% catalyst could reach a balance between initial viscosity and cohesive force.
