水性硅烷混凝土防腐乳液的制备及性能研究

摘要:

采用吸水率、渗透深度、氯化物吸收量降低效果及黏度试验,研究了硅烷、复合乳化剂、硅丙乳液、催化剂用量及体系pH对水性硅烷乳液性能的影响。研究结果表明:当w(辛基三乙氧基硅烷)=30%、w(复合乳化剂)=4.5%、w(硅丙乳液)=3%、w(催化剂)=0.15%,其余组分为水-乙醇溶液、体系pH控制为7~8时,制备的硅烷乳液各项性能较优。应用于C40混凝土表面时,吸水率为0.009 mm/min1/2,渗透深度为3.4 mm,氯化物吸收量降低效果为95.2%;疏水性能好,能显著阻止水分及腐蚀性盐类向混凝土内部渗入;防腐效果良好,各项性能指标满足规范要求。

Abstract:

The effects of silane,compound emulsifier,silicone acrylic emulsion,catalyst dosage and pH value of the system on the performance of waterborne silane emulsion were studied by water absorption rate,penetration depth,reducing effect of chloride absorption and viscosity test. The research results showed that when w(octyltriethoxysilane)=30%,w(compound emulsifier)=4.5%,w(silicon acrylic emulsion)=3%,w(catalyst)=0.15%,the other component was water-ethanol solution,and the pH value of the system was controlled at 7~8,the prepared silane emulsion had excellent performance. When applied to the surface of C40 concrete,the water absorption rate was 0.009 mm/min1/2,the penetration depth was 3.4 mm,and the reducing effect of chloride absorption was 95.2%. The hydrophobicity was good,which could significantly prevent water and corrosive salts from penetrating into the concrete. The anti-corrosion effect was good,and all performance indexes met the requirements of specification.
