采用蓖麻油、聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG400)、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI-50)为原料,合成了羟基封端聚氨酯预聚体。与双酚A改性聚氧化丙烯醚(BP-33)复配组合得到双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂的主剂,使用多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯(PAPI)作为固化剂,再以m(主剂)∶m(固化剂)=4∶1的质量比混合后得到双组分聚氨酯结构胶。系统研究了蓖麻油、PPG400、BP-33的添加量和配比对胶粘剂粘接性能的影响。研究结果表明:当m(蓖麻油)∶m(PPG400)=1∶1时,与MDI-50聚合后,粘接性能最好,BP-33的引入有利于增加硬段含量和刚性。采用这种胶粘剂复合制成的蜂窝板在室温下平面拉伸强度为4.15 MPa,滚筒剥离强度大于119(N·mm)/mm。该胶粘剂复合制成的铝蜂窝板,复合60 d后滚筒剥离强度衰减小于10%。
Abstract:Using castor oil,polyoxypropylene glycol(PPG400),diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI-50)as raw materials,hydroxyl-terminated polyurethane prepolymer was synthesized. The main agent of the twocomponent polyurethane adhesive was obtained by compounding with bisphenol A modified polyoxypropylene ether(BP-33). The two-component polyurethane structural adhesive was prepared by using polyaryl polymethylene isocyanate(PAPI)as curing agent and then mixing the mass ratio of m(main agent)∶m(curing agent)=4∶1. The effects of the amount and ratio of castor oil,PPG400,BP-33 on adhesive bonding performance were systematically studied. The research results showed that when m(castor oil)∶m(PPG400)=1∶1,the bonding performance was the best after polymerization with MDI-50. The introduction of BP-33 was beneficial to increase the content and rigidity of hard segment. At room temperature,the flatwise tension strength of the honeycomb panel made of this adhesive was 4.15 MPa,and the climbing drum peel strength was greater than 119(N·mm)/mm. The aluminum honeycomb panel compounded by this adhesive had an attenuation of climbing drum peel strength,which was less than 10% after 60 days' compounding.
