制备了膜组件用聚氨酯灌封胶,考察了预聚物组分中不同羟基树脂(蓖麻油和多种聚醚)对灌封胶机械性能和吸水性的影响。研究了一缩二乙二醇(DEG)含量对灌封胶固化效果和黏度变化的影响;探讨了灌封胶起始温度对凝胶时间和放热峰值的影响,并测试了三个典型起始温度的实时放热曲线。研究结果表明:随起始温度升高,灌封胶的放热峰值到来的时间更早;最终选取以疏水聚醚D3201合成预聚物,与由蓖麻油、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)和DEG(质量分数1.8%,相对于固化剂总质量而言)组成的固化剂制备聚氨酯灌封胶,具有较好的综合性能。
Abstract:Polyurethane potting adhesive for membrane module was prepared. The effects of different hydroxyl resins(castor oil and various polyethers)used in prepolymer on the mechanical properties and water absorption of potting adhesive were investigated. The effects of diethylene glycol(DEG)content on the curing result and viscosity change of potting adhesive were studied. The effects of initial temperature of potting adhesive on gel time and exothermic peak value were investigated,and the real-time exothermic curves of three typical starting temperatures were tested. The research results showed that the exothermic peak value of potting adhesive came up earlier with the increase of the initial temperature. Finally,the prepolymer was synthesized by hydrophobic polyether D3201,and the curing agent composed of castor oil,trimethylolpropane(TMP)and DEG(mass fraction was 1.8%,relative to the total mass of curing agent)was selected to prepare polyurethane potting adhesive,which had good comprehensive performance.
