硫酸钙晶须改性环氧建筑结构胶的研究

摘要:

以双酚A型环氧树脂(EP)为基料、硫酸钙晶须(CSW)为增强改性剂,采用自制的腰果酚醛胺为固化剂,制备了硫酸钙晶须改性的环氧建筑结构胶,并研究了CSW对环氧建筑结构胶力学性能、粘接性能和热性能的影响。研究结果表明:当w(CSW)=15%(相对于EP质量而言)时,胶粘剂的拉伸强度(32.7 MPa)、抗压强度(105 MPa)、冲击强度(8.7 kJ/m2)和剪切强度(20.45 MPa)相对最大。此时改性环氧胶粘剂的热稳定性相对较好,扫描电镜表明此时CSW能够很好地分散在基体树脂中。

Abstract:

Calcium sulfate whisker modified epoxy building structural adhesive was prepared with bisphenol A epoxy resin(EP)as base material,calcium sulfate whisker(CSW)as reinforcement modifier and self-madecashew phenolic amine as curing agent. The effects of CSW on the mechanical properties,adhesive properties and thermal properties of epoxy building structural adhesive were studied. The research results showed that the tensilestrength(32.7 MPa),compressive strength(105 MPa),impact strength(8.7 k J/m2)and shear strength(20.45 MPa)of adhesive were relatively maximum when w(CSW)=15%(relative to the mass of EP). At this time,the thermalstability of modified epoxy adhesive was relatively good,and the scanning electron microscope showed that CSW could be well dispersed in the matrix resin.
