以对羟基苯甲醛(PHB)、对苯二胺(PPD)、十八烯酸(OA)等为原料,通过部分氧化法合成了一种含C=N双键的液晶环氧树脂(LCER)。将该液晶环氧树脂与E-128型环氧树脂共混制备复合材料,并对其性能进行研究。研究结果表明:LCER是一种热致型液晶,添加该材料可对环氧树脂起到增韧的效果。
Abstract:A liquid crystal epoxy resin(LCER) containing C=N double bonds was synthesized by partial oxidation from p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(PHB),p-phenylenediamine(PPD),octadecenoic acid(OA),etc.as raw materials.The liquid crystal epoxy resin was blended with E-128 type epoxy resin to prepare the composite material,and its properties were studied as well.The research results showed that LCER was a kind of thermotropic liquid crystal,and the addition of this material could have the toughening effect on epoxy resin.
