以脱脂花生粉为原料,利用尿素、环氧氯丙烷联合改性制备花生蛋白黏合剂。通过单因素试验研究尿素浓度、环氧氯丙烷添加量、改性温度、料液比对黏合剂固含量、黏度及干态、湿态胶合强度的影响。研究结果表明:较佳制备工艺为尿素浓度1 mol/L,w(环氧氯丙烷)=6%(相对于黏合剂总质量而言),改性温度50℃,料液比1∶4。在该条件下,胶合板的湿态胶合强度达0.93 MPa,满足国家Ⅱ类胶合板的要求。
Abstract:The peanut protein adhesive was prepared from defatted peanut powder jointly modified by urea and epichlorohydrin. The effects of urea concentration,epichlorohydrin content,modification temperature and material-liquid ratio on the solid content,viscosity,dry and wet bonding strength of the adhesive were studied by single factor test. The research results showed that the optimum preparation process was as follows:urea concentration 1 mol/L,w(epichlorohydrin)=6%(relative to the total mass of adhesive),modification temperature 50 ℃,material-liquid ratio 1∶4. Under this condition,the wet bonding strength of plywood reached 0.93 MPa,which met the requirement of plywood class Ⅱ.
