不同工艺制备的沥青性能研究

摘要:

通过常规方法和SHRP胶结料性能评价方法,对某中间基原油为原料制备的直馏沥青、氧化沥青、催化氧化沥青和SBS改性沥青的性能进行了考察。研究结果表明:其直馏沥青的使用性能较差,SBS改性沥青和催化氧化沥青的高低温性能、抗疲劳开裂性能较好;氧化沥青的使用性能优于直馏沥青。建议对直馏沥青的性能加以改善。

Abstract:

The properties of straight run asphalt,oxidized asphalt,catalytic oxidized asphalt and SBS modified asphalt prepared from an intermediate-base crude oil were investigated by conventional method and SHRP binder performance evaluation method. The research results showed that the operational performance of straight run asphalt was poor,SBS modified asphalt and catalytic oxidized asphalt had excellent high and low temperature performance and anti-fatigue cracking performance. The operational performance of oxidized asphalt was better than that of straight run asphalt. It was suggested to improve the performance of straight run asphalt.
