蓖麻油基异氰酸酯乳液胶粘剂的制备及应用

摘要:

采用马来酸酐改性的蓖麻油与多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯(PAPI)在一定条件下进行反应,得到亲水改性的异氰酸酯树脂,再使用瞬间皂化的方法进行搅拌乳化获得均一的乳液。着重探讨了乳化方式、碱溶液的种类、碱溶液的浓度和水油比对异氰酸酯乳液胶粘剂制备工艺的影响。研究结果表明:当选择C乳化方式,氢氧化物类碱液、氢氧化钠溶液浓度均为0.03%,水油比为10∶1时,乳化效果较好。将该胶粘剂与脲醛树脂复配应用于胶合板时,增强效果显著。

Abstract:

A hydrophilically modified isocyanate resin was obtained by the reaction between the maleic anhydride modified castor oil and polyaryl polymethylene isocyanate(PAPI)under certain conditions. Then the homogeneous emulsion was obtained by stirring and emulsification with instant saponification method. The effects of emulsification method,type of alkali solution,concentration of alkali solution and ratio of water to oil on the preparation process of isocyanate emulsion adhesive were emphatically discussed. The research results showed that when the emulsification method C was selected,the concentration of hydroxide alkali solution and sodium hydroxide solution was 0.03% each,and the water-oil ratio was 10∶1,the emulsification effect was excellent. When the adhesive and urea formaldehyde resin were compounded in application of plywood,the reinforcement effect was remarkable.
