羰基铁粉作为填料加入到聚硫生胶中,可制备具有电磁吸收功能的密封剂。聚硫生胶与填料的相容性是影响吸波密封剂工艺性能与力学性能的重要因素。本研究通过扫描电镜和力学性能、工艺性能的测试,比较不同形貌羰基铁粉对密封剂的性能影响,并采用硅烷偶联剂对铁粉的表面进行改性,改善聚硫生胶与羰基铁粉之间的相容性,实现对吸波密封剂的力学性能及吸收能力的改善。研究结果表明:经过改性后片状羰基铁粉的性能提升相比球状羰基铁粉更大。
Abstract:Carbonyl iron powder could be used as filler to prepare sealant with electromagnetic absorption function. The compatibility of raw polysulfide rubber and filler is the important factor on the process performance and mechanical properties of microwave absorbing sealant. In this study,the influence of carbonyl iron powder with different morphology on the properties of sealant was compared by scanning electron microscope,mechanical properties and process performance tests. The surface of iron powder was modified by silane coupling agent to improve the compatibility between raw polysulfide rubber and carbonyl iron powder,so as to improve the mechanical properties and absorption capacity of microwave absorbing sealant. The research results showed that the properties of flake carbonyl iron powder were improved more than that of spherical carbonyl iron powder.
