异氰酸酯乳液胶粘剂的制备及应用

摘要:

以脂肪酸与聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG)为原料,通过酰氯化反应合成了一系列的可乳化多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯(PAPI)的非离子型乳化剂。通过核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)确定合成的乳化剂分子结构,并通过激光粒度仪表征所制备乳液的粒径及其分布。通过丙酮-二正丁胺化学滴定分析法表征乳液中异氰酸酯基活性含量,最后将制备的乳液应用到胶合板,对剪切强度进行测试分析。研究结果表明:该异氰酸酯乳液中w(PAPI)=15%时,胶合板性能达到国家标准要求(Ⅱ类板);并且当w(PAPI)=20%时,胶接强度较好,Ⅱ类板湿强和Ⅰ类板湿强分别为1.22和0.93 MPa。

Abstract:

A series of non-ionic emulsifiers of emulsifiable polyaryl polymethylene isocyanate(PAPI)were synthesized by acyl-chlorination reaction,using fatty acid and methoxypolyethylene glycol(MPEG) as raw materials. The molecular structure of the synthesized emulsifier was determined by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1H-NMR),and the particle size and distribution of the prepared emulsion were characterized by laser particle size meter. The activity of isocyanate group in emulsion was characterized by acetone-dibutylamine chemical titration method. Finally,the emulsion was applied to plywood,and the shear strength was tested and analyzed. The research results showed that,when w(PAPI)=15% was used in isocyanate emulsion,the performance of plywood was up to the national standard(class Ⅱ). And when w(PAPI)=20%,the bonding strength was excellent,and the wet shear strength of type Ⅱ plate and wet shear strength of type Ⅰ plate were 1.22 and 0.93 MPa,respectively.
