以氢化的热塑性橡胶4033作为基胶,辅以增黏树脂和环保溶剂,制备出一种较低VOCs含量的透明免钉胶。研究结果表明:该透明免钉胶的固含量≥65%,VOCs含量<350 g/L,符合香港环保署《受规管建筑漆料的挥发性有机化合物含量限值》规定的要求,并且其1 d拉伸剪切强度>2.0 MPa,7 d拉伸剪切强度>2.8 MPa。

Using hydrogenated thermoplastic rubber 4033 as base adhesive,supplemented by tackifying resin and environmental protection solvent,a transparent nail-free adhesive with low VOCs content was prepared. The research results showed that the solid content of the transparent nail-free adhesive was ≥65%,and the VOCs content was <350 g/L,which met the requirements of VOC Content Limits for Regulated Architectural Paints by Hong Kong Environmental Protection Department. Its tensile shear strength of 1 day was >2.0 MPa and tensile shear strength of 7 days was >2.8 MPa.
