封端型MDI水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的制备及其在PVC板材粘接上的应用

摘要:

采用预聚法合成封端型水性聚氨酯乳液,后加入适量增稠剂制备胶粘剂,并施胶应用于PVC板材,然后对聚氨酯乳液及胶粘剂的结构和性能进行表征。研究结果表明:水性聚氨酯的合成率较高,结构中有明显的硬段和软段结构;MDI-50掺量的增大有助于拉伸强度、撕裂强度、吸水率以及胶合强度的提升,但会减小胶粘剂的断裂伸长率。

Abstract:

The blocked waterborne polyurethane emulsion was synthesized by prepolymerization method.After adding appropriate amount of thickener,the adhesive was prepared and applied to the PVC board.The structure and performance of polyurethane emulsion and adhesive were characterized.The research results showed that the synthesis rate of waterborne polyurethane was high,and there were obvious hard segment and soft segment in the structure.The increase of MDI-50 content could improve the tensile strength,tear strength,water absorotion and bonding strength,but it reduced the elongation at break of the adhesive.
