通过将端基含双键的光交联剂GQS-1与丙烯酸酯单体进行自由基聚合,合成了侧链含光交联基团的丙烯酸酯压敏胶,并研究了光照能量、光交联剂含量以及不同光照方案等因素对UV光固化丙烯酸酯压敏胶性能的影响。研究结果表明:UV光固化压敏胶的固化程度随着光照能量的增大而逐渐提高;随着光交联剂GQS-1含量的增大,UV光固化压敏胶的固化程度呈现先增大后减小的趋势;光交联反应存在一个能量阈值,只有当单次光照能量超过该值后才会有效发生光交联反应;总光照能量和单次光照能量对UV光固化压敏胶的固化程度有着直接的影响,总光照能量不变的前提下,单次光照能量越高,UV光固化压敏胶的固化程度也越高。
Abstract:Acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive with side chain containing photo-crosslinking group was synthesized by free radical polymerization of photo-crosslinking agent GQS-1 with double bond in the end group and acrylate monomer. The effects of light energy,photo-crosslinking agent content,and different lighting schemes on the properties of UV curing acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive were also studied. The research results showed that the curing degree of UV curing pressure sensitive adhesive increased gradually with the increase of light energy. With the increase of the content of photo-crosslinking agent GQS-1,the curing degree of UV curing pressure sensitive adhesive showed the trend of first increasing and then decreasing. There was an energy threshold for the photo-crosslinking reaction,and the photo-crosslinking reaction could only occur effectively when the energy of single light exceeded this value. The total light energy and single light energy had the direct impacts on the curing degree of UV curing pressure sensitive adhesive. Under the premise that the total light energy remained unchanged,the higher the single light energy was,the higher the curing degree of UV curing pressure sensitive adhesive was.
