选择常规的双组分缩合型硅胶配方,通过调节催化剂辛酸亚锡的用量,测试其对不同基材的粘接性能影响。研究结果表明:催化剂用量的提高可以大大加快固化速率,加大胶体的交联程度。对于造成内聚破坏的基材,0.4%的催化剂用量可以取得较佳的剪切强度,过多或过少都不利于粘接,主要是由于交联密度影响了剪切强度;对于界面破坏的基材,催化剂用量的影响相对很小。进一步研究发现,通过对辛酸亚锡进行脱酸处理,可以提高硅胶对金属基材的粘接效果。
Abstract:The conventional two-component condensed silicone adhesive formula was selected to test the bonding properties on different substrate materials by adjusting the amount of catalyst stannous octanate. The research results showed that the increase of catalyst amount could greatly accelerate the curing rate and increase the crosslinking degree of adhesive. For the substrate that caused cohesive failure,0.4% catalyst amount could achieve good shear strength,and too much or too little catalyst was not conducive to bonding,mainly because the crosslinking density affected the shear strength. For the substrate with interface failure,the influence of catalyst amount was relatively small. Further research showed that by deacidification treatment of stannous octoate,the bonding performance of silicone adhesive to metal substrate could be improved.
