在其他条件相同的情况下,考察了接嘴胶施胶量对卷烟卷接质量的影响。研究结果表明:接嘴胶施胶量对卷烟外观质量、感官质量有一定影响,适宜的接嘴胶施胶量,有利于改善卷烟的外观质量、感官质量;当接嘴胶施胶量较大时,烟支的总通风率明显降低,但卷烟焦油量、烟碱量和一氧化碳量升高。

Under the same conditions,the effect of sizing amount of cigarette tipping adhesive on cigarette crimping quality was investigated. The research results showed that the sizing amount of cigarette tipping adhesive had a certain influence on the appearance quality and sensory quality of cigarette,and the appropriate amount of tipping adhesive was conducive to improving the appearance quality and sensory quality of cigarette. When the sizing amount of tipping adhesive was relatively large,the total ventilation rate of cigarette decreased obviously,while the amount of tar,nicotine and carbon monoxide of cigarette increased.
