NMA交联苯丙乳液的制备及性能研究

摘要:

以N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA)为交联单体,采用半连续种子乳液聚合法制备了NMA交联苯丙乳液,探讨了NMA用量、p H缓冲剂用量及引发剂对乳液性能的影响。研究结果表明:当NMA用量为2%,p H缓冲剂用量为0.3%,引发剂用量在0.5%~0.6%范围时,可获得综合性能优异的苯丙乳液。

Abstract:

Using N-methylol acrylamide(NMA) as crosslinking monomer,NMA crosslinked styrene-acrylic emulsion was prepared by semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization.The influence of NMA amount,pH buffer amount and initiator on the performance of emulsion was discussed.The research results showed that when the NMA amount was 2%,the pH buffer amount was 0.3%,and the initiator amount was in the range of 0.5%-0.6%,the styrene-acrylic emulsion with excellent comprehensive performance was obtained.
