为解决泡棉胶带与汽车车身油漆粘贴时出现的脱胶问题,研究了高温环境对胶带剥离强度的影响。使用单组分(1K)清漆板和双组分(2K)清漆板与胶带进行粘接,保证充分浸润后,分别在23℃及65℃环境下测试其剥离强度随时间的变化情况并评价其失效模式。研究结果表明:23℃环境下,胶带与2K清漆板粘贴24 h后剥离强度不再发生明显变化;随后,将粘接头放置于65℃环境中进行剥离强度测试,30 min后剥离强度由35 N/cm衰减至6 N/cm,衰减程度达到80%,失效模式由内聚破坏转变为界面破坏。但随着时间的延长,即65℃环境下放置超过12 h后,剥离强度会上升至25 N/cm且不再发生明显变化,失效模式由界面破坏转变为内聚破坏。而对于与1K清漆板的粘接,65℃环境介入时,衰减程度只有30%,且随着时间的延长剥离强度和失效模式(内聚破坏)无明显变化。
Abstract:In order to solve the problem of degumming when foam tape was bonded to automobile body paint,the effect of high temperature environment on the peel strength of tape was studied.Using single-component(IK)varnish board and two-component(2 K) varnish board to bond with the tape,and after ensuring sufficient wetting,the peel strength changes with time were tested at 23 ℃ and 65 ℃,respectively and the failure mode was evaluated as well.The research results showed that the peel strength of tape did not change significantly after bonded with 2 K varnish board for 24 h at 23 ℃.And then,the bonded joint was placed in the 65 ℃ environment for peel strength test.After 30 min,the peel strength decreased from 35 N/cm to 6 N/cm,and the attenuation degree reached 80%.The failure mode changed from cohesive failure to interface failure.However,with the extension of time,i.e.after placed for more than 12 h at 65 ℃,the peel strength raised to 25 N/cm and no longer changed significantly,and the failure mode changed from interface failure to cohesive failure.For the bonding with 1 K varnish board,the attenuation degree was only 30% when the environment temperature was 65 ℃,and the peel strength and failure mode(cohesive failure) did not change significantly with time.
