以苯基三甲氧基硅烷为原料,在酸性条件下利用水解缩合法,制备得到了苯基多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷(苯基POSS)。将苯基POSS添加到硅树脂预聚体中,通过原位聚合法制备出苯基POSS/硅树脂复合材料。研究结果发现:当苯基POSS质量分数小于4.0%时,复合材料在可见光区的透光率均达到99.0%以上;当苯基POSS质量分数为4.0%时,复合涂层的折射率达到最大值1.54,硅树脂的初始热分解温度从256℃上升到370℃,复合涂层的附着力较佳,达到1级,同时苯基POSS对硅树脂复合材料的增韧效果明显。
Abstract:Phenyl polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(phenyl-POSS) was prepared by hydrolysis and condensation method under acid condition with phenyltrimethoxysilane as raw material. Phenyl-POSS/silicone resin composite was prepared by in-situ polymerization after adding phenyl-POSS to silicone resin prepolymer. The research results showed that when the mass fraction of phenyl-POSS was less than 4.0%,the light transmittance of the composite in the visible light region could reach above 99.0%. When the mass fraction of phenyl-POSS was4.0%,the refractive index of the composite coating reached the maximum value of 1.54,and the initial thermal decomposition temperature of silicone resin was raised from 256 ℃ to 370 ℃,and the adhesion of the composite coating was excellent and reached grade 1. At the same time,the toughening effect of phenyl-POSS on silicone resin composite was obvious.
