以苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SIS)、C5石油树脂、环烷油KN4010为主要原料制备出热熔压敏胶(HMPSA),考察了C5石油树脂类型和混合比、SIS二嵌段含量和环烷油用量对HMPSA性能的影响。研究结果表明:两种氢化C5石油树脂用量为47%[其中m(5320)∶m(H-100W)=4∶6],SIS1126用量为30%,KN4010用量为20%时,所制备的HMPSA具有良好的低温柔性和耐热性;与后浇注混凝土剥离强度为4.54 N/mm,各种处理后的剥离强度≥3.5 N/mm,可用于制备铁路隧道自黏型橡胶止水带。
Abstract:Hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive(HMPSA)was prepared with styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer(SIS),C5 petroleum resin,and naphthenic oil KN4010 as the main raw materials. The effects of C5 petroleum resin type and mixing ratio,SIS diblock content and naphthenic oil content on the performance of HMPSA were investigated. The research results showed that when the amount of two hydrogenated C5 petroleum resins was 47% [of which m(5320)∶m(H-100 W)=4∶6)],the amount of SIS1126 was 30%,and the amount of KN4010 was 20%,the prepared HMPSA had good low temperature flexibility and heat resistance. The peel strength with post-cast concrete was 4.54 N/mm,peel strength after various treatments was larger and equal to 3.5 N/mm,which could be used to prepare self-adhesive rubber waterstop for railway tunnel.
