以环氧丙烯酸酯为基体树脂,制备了柔性LCD面板用ODF框胶,比较了空白试验、超纯水、超纯水+离子交换树脂等不同提纯方式对框胶体积电阻率、固化前混合水电导率、固化后蒸煮水电导率、组装液晶盒后的电压保持率(VHR)、剩余直流电(RDC)的影响。研究结果表明:用超纯水+离子交换树脂的提纯方式能有效地去除大部分框胶中对液晶显示品质有较大影响的残留离子,从而使框胶体积电阻率>1014Ω·cm,固化前混合水电导率<1 ms/m,固化后蒸煮水电导率<1 ms/m,VHR为(99.00±1.00)%、RDC<200.0 mV,符合客户的要求。
Abstract:The ODF frame sealant for flexible LCD panel was prepared with epoxy acrylate as matrix resin.The effects of different purification methods such as blank test,ultrapure water,ultrapure water+ion exchange resin on volume resistivity of frame sealant,conductivity of mixed water before curing,conductivity of cooking water after curing,voltage holding ratio(VHR) and residue direct current(RDC) after liquid crystal cell assembly were compared.The research results showed that the purification method of ultrapure water+ion exchange resin could effectively remove most of the residual ions in frame sealant,which had great influence on the quality of LCD.Thus the volume resistivity of frame sealant> 1014 Ω·cm,conductivity of mixed water before curing <1 ms/m,conductivity of cooking water after curing <1 ms/m,VHR was(99.00±1.00)%,RDC <200.0 mV,which met the requirements of customer.
