合成了一种含有C=N双键的新型液晶环氧树脂(LCER),利用核磁共振(1H-NMR)、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)和偏光显微镜(POM)对其结构和性能进行表征。研究结果表明:LCER为向列型液晶,其液晶相存在温度为78~103℃。对其与固化剂4,4′-二氨基二苯甲烷(DDM)和4,4′-二氨基二苯砜(DDS)的固化反应进行了对比。试验结果表明:随着升温速率的增加,固化体系的稳定性提高,且LCER/DDM固化体系的热稳定性更好。
Abstract:A novel liquid crystalline epoxy resin(LCER)containing C=N double bond was synthesized,and its structure and properties were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR),differential scanning calorimetry analysis(DSC) and polarizing microscope(POM). The research results showed that LCER was a nematic liquid crystal,and its liquid crystal phase temperature was 78~103 ℃. Its curing reaction with curing agents 4,4′-diaminodiphenylmethane(DDM)and 4,4′-diaminodiphenylsulfone(DDS)was compared. The test results showed that with the increase of heating rate,the stability of the curing system was improved,and the thermal stability of LCER/DDM curing system was better.
