丙烯酸酯热熔压敏胶的制备及性能研究

摘要:

采用分段本体聚合工艺,以丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯(2-EHA)、甲基丙烯酸环己酯(CHMA)、丙烯酸(AA)、醋酸乙烯(VAc)为共聚单体,缓聚剂控制反应速度制备聚丙烯酸酯热熔压敏胶。试验考察了反应控制助剂、醋酸乙烯用量、预聚合单体转化率、反应温度、复合引发剂用量和功能单体等对反应可控性及产品性能的影响。研究结果表明:当w(助剂)=2%、w(VAc)=10%、w(复合引发剂)=1.2%~1.4%(均相对于单体总质量而言)时,在常规反应器中转化率达到50%后,转入烘房完成本体聚合。反应过程可控,所制得的丙烯酸酯热熔压敏胶性能优良。

Abstract:

The polyacrylate hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive was prepared by segmented bulk polymerization process with 2-ethylhexyl acrylate(2-EHA),cyclohexyl methacrylate(CHMA),acrylic acid(AA)and vinyl acetate(VAc) as comonomers,and using the polymerization retarder to control the reaction speed.The effects of reaction control additive,the amount of vinyl acetate,the conversion rate of pre-polymerized monomer,the reaction temperature,the amount of composite initiator and functional monomer on the controllability of reaction and the product properties were investigated.The research results showed that when w(additive)=2%,w(VAc)=10%(composite initiator)=1-2%-1.4%(all relative to the total mass of monomer),after the conversion rate reached 50% in the conventional reactor,the bulk polymerization was completed in the drying room.The reaction process was controllable,and the prepared acrylate hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive had excellent performance.
